What Shipping Methods Are Available?
There is different shipping possibilities. Prices of shipping are included only for works on paper. Shipping will mostly go by air, unless We decide together to choose differently

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
And How do I return It, if it’s not what I hoped for
If I have the artwork in Stock I will try to send it the same day and you will have your artwork In Holland in 2-3 days, Any other country in Europa 3-10 days,
Outside of Europa 5-30 days.
If You are not happy with your Artwork and you wish to return it, please send me an E-mail. You have the right to send it back 14 days after you received it, no questions asked.
The artwork needs to be send registered ( aangetekend) in the same kind of protective cover as you received it. When it has returned safely, you will get your money back.

How do I place an Order?
When you buy an art piece in my webshop it will be send automaticly.
If you are interested in creating a total wall concept, it is best done by mail or phone.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
In the Total wall concept:
When you decide you made a mistake and want to cancel the order, please call me. When I have not yet started, it will be possible to cancel the order. If work has already started there is no turning back and you will have to pay for the work done.
With works purchased from this webshop, you can use the special withdrawal form to return the package. Customer will be in charge for the costs made returning the package.
Costs:
- Package up to 10 kilo’s: E 8,60,-
- Package 10-30 kilo’s : E 14,90,-
